Common Property simplifies and declutters the processes involved in being part of a body corporate or owners corporation by letting you perform all your tasks from your mobile device, without having to sign reams of paperwork or to travel.

As a single source for messaging, events, and management of faults and maintenance, Common Property allows you to manage multiple properties as an owner, tenant, trustee member, or chairperson, and to be notified only when your actions are needed.

Features include:
• Messaging between groups, individuals, and the whole building
• Fault logging and escalation to work orders
• Create, vote, and track resolutions or work orders
• Submit multiple quotes, vote on a majority, and proceed with work
• Sign off and archive work orders, and automatically notify managing agents when payment may proceed
